Genmai Cha Tea

Genmai Cha is made by mixing roasted brown rice and Kukicha. The mixing ratio of Kukicha and brown rice is approximately 1:1 and the delicate roasted aroma of brown rice and its sweetness gives this tea a mild and unique flavour. Good for balancing the digestion of fatty dishes. Genmai Cha is best drank without milk or sugar so its clean taste can be savoured. A steeping time of 3–5 minutes is recommended, depending on desired strength.
